Through my online practice, I  provide science-based guidance to support your health goals, whatever they may be, tailoring your plan to match your unique needs. And as a member of the LGBT2SQ community, I do this in a body-positive, open, inclusive, safe and non-judgmental space. I have a particular interest in the intersections between food, mental health and gender identity/sexuality.
