I am a straight cis-gendered registered social worker that has spent over 30 years actively seeking training and support to create an anti-oppressive social work practice that is inclusive and includes advocacy.

I am a certified EMDR therapist and an EMDR Consultant in Training under the direction of the Beyond Healing Center. My approach integrates somatic psychology with attachment therapy, neurobiology and polyvagal theory from an anti-oppressive lens.

I have worked with people at all stages of the transition process.

I specialize in helping people to successfully address anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, and trauma including trauma due to sexism, racism, ableism, ageism, heterosexism….

I also teach meditation and yoga.
