I identify as queer and neurodivergent, and my practice is grounded in a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive framework. I specialize in working with people navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), ADHD, the experience of feeling like an outsider, impostor syndrome or those simply feeling out of step during one of life’s many transitions. Anyone seeking deeper connection with themselves may also find it meaningful.

My approach blends psychodynamic insight — noticing patterns, defenses, and the ways your past shapes your present — with relational attunement, where the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a mirror for understanding and growth, offering a chance to feel recognized, reflected, and validated.

I draw from IFS (Internal Family Systems), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have shut down. We move at a pace that honors your nervous system and builds safety, whether we are working toward a specific goal or engaging in open-ended healing exploration.
