Seaway Valley Community Health Centre

Seaway Valley CHC provides primary health care as well as many programs for health living and health promotion.

We also provide a safe space for monthly gatherings for LGBTQ, friends and allies the first Thursday of every month, 5-7pm. We also have a Youth and Young Adult monthly gathering the third Thursday of every month, 5-7pm. The meetings are held at Seaway Valley Community Health Centre, 353 Pitt Street, Cornwall ON. Our gatherings are directed by the participants. We offer education, support – peer and professional, and social activities. Participants are also actively involved in organizing community activities and mobilizing within our larger community to make it a safe place.
