Seeking support from a therapist takes a lot of courage. I provide non-judgemental, individual counselling for people who want support with issues around relationships, family/intimate partner violence, grieving and bereavement, LGBTTIQQ issues, coming out and/or questioning your sexuality and/or gender, coping with stress, and healing from trauma. I work within a feminist, anti-oppressive framework and use an eclectic approach based on what resonates with my clients. My training includes an attachment focus with narrative, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness and trauma therapy.
